Easy 3D modeling tool for beginner

I am looking for a simple one.I've use Rhino and it is not something l

think a beginner should try.My friend wants to give 3D modeling a shot but

Google SketchUp. Its a 3D program where you first draw 2D

objects & then stretch & pull them in order to form 3D objects. I love

animation & this was the first program I was exposed to. It is a lot of

fun & you can add pictures to ur objects, for example a TV you have

modeled, & the TV will look quite real. This program was what got me

hooked ;) If you later want to learn more, use Maya, but it is a muchhh  
more complex program.
